Job Requirements

  • ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification within six months of hire or transfer
  • one year of experience in a high volume, fast-paced, casual dining restaurant or similar experience in a hospitality or institutional setting
  • hospitality and/or health care experience
  • working knowledge of local and state sanitation inspection programs
  • knowledge of retail pricing, displays, and inventory control practices
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to take initiative and lead by example
  • strong analytical and training skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Accurately handle cash transactions, process refunds, and ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift
  • assist and support staff during high-traffic periods to maintain optimal service levels and address customer needs promptly
  • provide coverage for staff call-outs and absences, ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet operational needs
  • train new staff on positions and mentor the staff members effectively
  • monitor and maintain QA logs to ensure compliance with company standards and address any discrepancies or issues promptly
  • train new staff members on company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance as needed
  • assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and monitoring for any discrepancies
  • contribute to the overall efficiency of store operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization
