Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Valid food handlers card if required
- Ability to manage transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to company policies and safety standards

Job Duties
- Enhance the guest experience with a friendly, helpful, and respectful attitude
- Function as a host by greeting and seating guests and answering phones
- Support to process to go orders and transactions
- Pack food items, roll silverware, make coffee, fill beverage cups and assist to clear dishes
- Maintain clean and orderly lobby, checkout, marketplace and bathroom areas
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu and current promotions and educate guests on menu items
- Follow proper cash handling policies and maintain PCI compliance
- Assist baker with oven duties, prep, pack and store baked items
- Promote teamwork and uphold company standards and procedures
- Communicate efficiently with team members and leaders
- Be dependable to work a flexible schedule
