Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years or older
- retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to move throughout the store
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladder or similar equipment
- ability to work in various environments including climate controlled store and some outdoor areas
- ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- must comply with all federal, state, and local legal requirements
- willingness to participate in interactive accommodation process if necessary
Job Qualifications
- Retail and customer service experience preferred
- ability to interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- knowledge of cash handling and POS operations
- basic computer skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
- willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks such as custom framing
Job Duties
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- execute cash handling to standards
- engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
- perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs
- interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
- cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- other duties as assigned
