Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and product assortments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable using electronic devices and point of sale systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for customer service and sales
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in genuine conversations to understand their fashion needs
- Actively circulate the sales floor to identify customer needs and offer assistance
- Inform and promote Macy's loyalty programs and credit account benefits
- Maintain merchandise standards by recovering sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signage and pricing
- Assist customers through their shopping journey from greeting to purchase completion
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment
- Achieve daily sales goals and contribute to overall store success
