Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong product knowledge of women’s clothing and fashion trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and handheld technology
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in genuine, personal conversations
- Actively circulate the sales floor to understand individual customer needs
- Share loyalty program benefits and assist customers with credit account openings
- Maintain merchandise standards and support sales floor upkeep including fitting rooms
- Ensure the shopping space is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Meet daily sales goals and contribute to store sales performance
- Collaborate with teammates to support each other and deliver exceptional customer service
