Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Engage customers through meaningful, personalized conversations
- Assist customers in selecting women's clothing that suits their style and needs
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update signage and pricing to reflect current promotions
- Support merchandise replenishment and floor recovery
- Promote Macy's loyalty programs and assist with transactions to enhance customer experience
