Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- proficiency in using electronic devices and point of sale systems
- ability to meet daily sales goals
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- knowledge of current fashion trends is a plus
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships
- actively circulate the sales floor to understand customer needs and share product knowledge
- maintain merchandise standards by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs, and supporting merchandise moves
- promote and explain our loyalty programs to customers
- operate electronic devices and register to process sales transactions accurately
- support fitting room management and upkeep
- assist with order fulfillment and ensure a polished shopping environment
