Job Requirements

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and assist them in finding women's clothing that suits their style
- maintain sales floor and fitting room organization and cleanliness
- communicate product features, benefits, and current promotions to customers
- support fulfillment processes and merchandise replenishment
- actively promote Macy's loyalty programs and open credit accounts for new customers
- achieve daily sales goals and contribute to team targets
- provide sincere and engaging customer service that encourages repeat visits
