Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform continuous movement and lift items up to 50 pounds
- Basic proficiency with technology and customer service systems

- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- Assist customers at cashier with various transactions across in-store, online, and mobile platforms
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting clothing
- Keep the salesfloor clean and clutter free by organizing and returning clothing
- Maintain stockrooms by organizing merchandise, checking in items, and accurate ticketing
- Demonstrate expertise in all store technologies and adhere to operational and asset protection standards
- Receive, unload, and deliver merchandise to selling departments, fulfill and ship customer orders accurately
- Utilize inventory systems for scanning and processing merchandise
- Support store activities such as event setup, markdowns, and relocating fixtures
- Maintain physical standards by moving continuously, bending, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and handling bulky merchandise
