Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior retail keyholder, retail supervisory, cash-handling, and customer service experience
strong merchandising skills
availability to work irregular schedules including weekdays, weekends, evenings through 10:30pm, and holidays
ability to interact naturally with people of all ages
ability to proactively engage and demonstrate products to customers
must be welcoming, positive, engaging and friendly towards guests, team members, and venue staff
ability to stand, walk, use hands frequently
ability to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally
ability to use ladders and lift up to 25 lbs

ability to communicate product features effectively

Job Duties

Provide exceptional guest service as you support the store management team in day-to-day operations
ensure that our guests have the best shopping experience ever
engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience
handle cash and complete transactions accurately
supervise and train retail team members as needed
maintain visual merchandising standards and stock levels
proactively communicate product features and benefits to customers
