Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail supervisory experience
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- outgoing and friendly personality
- proactive in guest engagement
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as keyholder or in a supervisory role
- experience in merchandising and product presentation
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has the best shopping experience possible
- engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting adventures
- support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and keep things running smoothly for your fellow team members
