Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock support or fulfillment roles)
- Flexibility in work schedule based on business needs

Job Duties
- Greet customers and assist with fitting room experiences
- Promote Nordstrom Rewards program to customers
- Organize stockrooms and complete inventory processes accurately
- Maintain sales floor appearance through re-merchandising and straightening
- Process customer transactions efficiently and courteously
- Utilize store technology proficiently
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise shipments
- Fulfill and ship customer orders meeting quality standards
- Use inventory management systems for merchandise tracking
- Support store operations including event setups and markdowns
