Job Duties
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and assisting them
- motivate and inspire others to promote Nordstrom Rewards program
- keep stockrooms organized and complete inventory processes
- re-merchandise and straighten sales floor throughout the day
- assist customers with transactions providing seamless and friendly service
- demonstrate expertise in store technologies
- defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
- receive, unload, and deliver merchandise to selling departments
- fulfill customer orders following quality standards
- prepare and ship customer orders according to packing and shipping standards
- utilize inventory management systems for shipment processing
- maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- provide general store support such as setting up special events and relocating fixtures
