Job Requirements
- Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe store environment
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, reaching
- Capacity to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn food preparation and safety procedures
- Availability to work 1st or 2nd shift
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or foodservice experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle cash and operate transaction systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings or evenings
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous
Job Duties
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct fuel transactions following safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels
- Prepare and present food items according to health and safety guidelines
- Promote Speedy Rewards loyalty program to customers
- Provide friendly and effective customer service
