Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create personal connections to enhance customer loyalty
- Understand and anticipate customer needs to provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain and organize sales floor and fitting rooms to ensure a clean and inviting environment
- Assist customers with fitting and product selection to improve shopper satisfaction
- Review and strive to achieve daily sales goals
- Promote Macy’s Loyalty program and inform customers of benefits
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and achieve sales targets
