Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review sales goals regularly and stay informed about current promotions and new merchandise
- Support merchandise moves, update signage and pricing as needed
- Utilize electronic devices and cash registers to process transactions accurately
- Promote Macy’s Loyalty program and complete sales with a sincere thank you
