Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet and engage customers with genuine hospitality and personal conversation
- understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- review and stay informed about sales goals, promotions, and new products
- support merchandise moves and update signage and pricing
- complete sales transactions accurately using electronic devices and cash registers
- promote and explain the Macy's loyalty program benefits
- support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to enhance team performance and customer service
- strive for continuous improvement by learning and meeting daily sales challenges
