Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and comprehend employment policies and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand for at least two hours consecutively and lift up to 25 lbs
- Capability to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level

- Proficiency with computers, cash registers, and handheld devices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet daily sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using electronic devices and processing transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented and resourceful approach
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and build friendly, personal conversations to create lasting relationships
- Understand and meet customers' needs by offering personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting room environment
- Stay informed on sales goals, new arrivals, promotions, and current trends to sell with confidence
- Support merchandise moves, update signs and pricing to ensure a shoppable space
- Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have all they need at checkout
- Collaborate with team members to support one another and deliver excellent customer service
