Job Requirements

Job Duties
- greet customers with a warm and personalized welcome
- understand and assess customer needs to provide tailored product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor and fitting rooms
- achieve daily sales goals through effective customer engagement and selling techniques
- promote Macy's Loyalty program and assist customers with account openings
- collaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environment
- process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service
