Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversations
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers to recommend products and services
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily sales goals and promote the loyalty program
- Assist customers with fitting room needs and package handling
- Support team members with honesty and collaboration
- Keep updated on current sales promotions and product knowledge
