Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Meet daily sales goals and promote Macy’s loyalty program to customers
- Operate cash registers and electronic devices accurately to process transactions
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and enhance customer service
