Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage them to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide personalized product recommendations and information about promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update signs, pricing, and merchandise displays as needed
- Achieve daily sales goals and support opening new credit accounts and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding customer service and store operations
- Complete transactions efficiently and thank customers sincerely to encourage loyalty
