Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, stooping, kneeling, and climbing ladders
- Excellent vision requirements including close vision, color vision, and depth perception
- Capability to use computers and other technology essential to job functions

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to meet daily sales goals and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable using electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in personalized conversations to understand their needs
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective selling and customer engagement
- Support team members and collaborate to ensure excellent service delivery
- Share loyalty program benefits and complete transactions with accuracy
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe shopping environment
