Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and create personal connections
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Meet or exceed daily sales goals through effective selling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer service
- Update signs, pricing, and assist with merchandise moves as needed
- Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customer satisfaction at checkout
