Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 pounds
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Ability to operate cash registers and other technology necessary for job
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and personalized service
- Understand and recommend products based on customer needs
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective customer engagement
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and explain its benefits to customers
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations
- Handle sales transactions accurately using electronic devices
