Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks involving stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
- Ability to handle electronic devices such as cash registers and handheld equipment

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Monitor and update merchandise displays, signs, and pricing
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective selling and customer engagement
- Share loyalty program benefits and assist customers with credit account applications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
