Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- physical ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 25 pounds, and perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, and reaching
- comfortable using technology required for the role
- capability to meet daily sales challenges
- willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- proficiency with electronic devices and cash registers
- ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- enthusiasm for learning about products and current retail trends
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and establish personal connections
- understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- meet and exceed daily sales goals through effective selling behaviors
- use electronic devices and registers to process transactions accurately
- support team members with honesty and collaboration
- promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and finalize sales with a positive customer experience
