Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
- Capability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Able to perform tasks involving stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching

Job Duties
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective selling techniques
- Maintain organized, clean, and attractive sales and fitting room areas
- Assist customers with Macy's Loyalty program and credit account applications
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer service
- Use electronic devices and cash registers to complete sales transactions
