Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and point of sale systems
- Strong customer focus and a passion for sales
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized shopping assistance
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and assist customers with opening credit accounts
- Meet and strive to exceed daily sales goals and performance targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and store operations
- Keep updated on product knowledge, current trends, and promotions to confidently assist customers
