Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Proficient in reading and understanding employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive movements including stooping and climbing
- Comfortable using computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers

Job Duties
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
- Understand and meet customer needs through personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily and monthly sales goals by engaging with customers and promoting products
- Support merchandising activities including updating signage and pricing
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience
