Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and offer personalized product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- engage with customers to build relationships and encourage loyalty
- achieve daily and overall sales goals by driving performance through smart selling
- operate electronic devices and registers to process transactions accurately
- support team members and collaborate to deliver excellent customer service
- share information about Macy's Loyalty program and promotions with customers
