Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Ability to read and understand policies and safety procedures in English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service techniques
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized shopping assistance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor and fitting rooms
- Understand and communicate product knowledge effectively to drive sales
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals through active customer engagement
- Promote Macy's loyalty program and explain benefits
- Complete register transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive and productive work environment
