Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and engage them in friendly conversation to understand their needs
- provide personalized product recommendations based on customer preferences
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms
- update pricing, signage, and merchandise displays to ensure an inviting shopping environment
- achieve daily and monthly sales goals through effective selling techniques
- promote Macy's loyalty program and assist customers in enrolling
