Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures
- Comfortable using electronic devices and cash register equipment
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- Capability to perform job functions requiring close vision, color vision, and depth perception
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide personalized service to understand their needs
- Meet and exceed daily sales goals through effective selling techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update pricing, signage, and assist with merchandise moves as needed
- Share loyalty program benefits and encourage customer enrollment
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer satisfaction
- Use electronic devices and cash registers to process transactions accurately
