Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage them in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships

- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms by recovering merchandise and updating signage
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective customer engagement and smart selling behaviors
- Communicate benefits of Macy's Loyalty program and complete sales transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to support each other and enhance overall store performance
- Stay informed about current trends, promotions, and product knowledge to confidently assist customers
