Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales goals
- Knowledge of products and current retail trends
- Comfortable with electronic device usage including cash registers
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage them in personal, friendly conversations
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review daily sales goals and stay updated on new products and promotions
- Use smart selling behaviors to achieve sales targets and promote the Macy's Loyalty program
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer service
- Close each customer interaction positively with thanks and loyalty program information
