Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and follow employment policies and safety rules in English
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Capable of operating electronic devices
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personalized conversations to understand their needs
- Offer tailored product recommendations to enhance the customer shopping experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting room environment
- Recover merchandise and update signage and pricing as needed to support store operations
- Meet daily sales goals through effective customer engagement and smart selling behaviors
- Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional service and foster a supportive work environment
- Promote Macy's loyalty program and complete transactions with professionalism and care
