Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and colleagues
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Comfortable using computers, cash registers, and handheld equipment
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing ladders
Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English

- Comfortable using electronic devices and point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and create personal connections
- Achieve daily sales goals through personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and top-selling products
- Provide assistance in fitting rooms and support merchandise moves
- Share loyalty program benefits and complete transactions with care
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and store performance
