- capable of performing tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
- basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and create personal connections
- understand customers' needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- review sales goals and stay informed about promotions and new products
- support merchandise moves and update signage
- finish customer interactions by sharing loyalty program benefits and expressing gratitude
- collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals
