Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- comfort with using electronic devices
- physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders and reach above eye level
- close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- frequent use of computers and technology including handheld equipment and cash registers to process transactions

Job Duties
- greet customers and provide a warm welcome
- engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- review and update product signs and pricing
- support merchandise moves and restocking efforts
- share benefits of the loyalty program with customers
- achieve daily sales goals by using smart selling techniques
