Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English

- Must meet daily sales goal challenges
- Ability to handle electronic devices and process register transactions
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment capabilities required

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet daily sales goals
- Comfortable using electronic devices and cash registers
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

Job Duties
- Greet customers with warmth and engage in personal conversations to build relationships
- Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review daily sales goals and stay updated on promotions and merchandise
- Support merchandise moves and update signage and pricing as needed
- Achieve sales targets through smart selling behaviors and customer engagement
- Finish customer interactions by promoting loyalty programs and providing sincere thank-yous
