Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English

- Ability to meet daily sales goals
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift at least 25 pounds, and perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching tasks
- Ability to use computers, cash registers, and handheld electronic devices

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using electronic devices
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and engage them in friendly, personal conversations
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update signs and pricing, support merchandise moves, and recover the sales floor as needed
- Achieve daily and monthly sales goals through effective selling strategies and customer engagement
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and ensure customers have a positive checkout experience
- Collaborate with team members to support a respectful and productive store environment
