Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide personal, attentive service
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Stay informed about current promotions, trends, and top-selling merchandise
- Use smart selling techniques to meet and exceed daily sales goals
- Assist customers with loyalty program enrollment and benefits explanation
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer satisfaction
