Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Achieve daily and periodic sales goals through customer engagement
- Support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration
- Stay informed about current trends, promotions, and product offerings
- Use electronic devices to process transactions and assist customers
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and finalize sales interactions with gratitude
