Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to push, pull, or move objects of at least 25 pounds
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Comfortable using computer terminals and other retail technology
- Knowledge of apparel products and fashion trends is a plus
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Maintain brand and operational standards including visual and cleanliness aspects
- Manage customer needs and exceed expectations by utilizing established service standards and principles
- Be knowledgeable of fitting room standards and assist customers as needed
- Act as cashier when required by following cashier protocols
- Process shipments and ensure merchandise is displayed with full size runs
- Assist management in identifying and resolving issues in the store
- Provide product and brand knowledge to customers
- Follow all company policies and procedures and notify management of any infractions
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
