Job Qualifications

- Basic proficiency with technology and cash handling
- Friendly, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with a warm welcome and personal conversation
- Understand and meet customer needs by offering tailored product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review and stay informed about sales goals, new arrivals, and promotions
- Use technology to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment and customer experience
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and complete sales with a sincere thank you
