Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 25 pounds, and perform tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Close vision, color vision, and depth perception required
- Proficient in using computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism
- Understand customers' needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update signage, pricing, and support merchandise moves
- Achieve daily sales goals through effective selling behaviors
- Assist customers with loyalty program enrollment and benefits
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer service
