Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to read and understand employment policies, safety rules, and procedures
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- Capability to operate technology such as cash registers and handheld devices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to use electronic devices and operate cash registers
- Basic math and sales skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and engage in friendly conversations
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Review and keep up to date with sales goals, new arrivals, and promotions
- Assist in merchandise moves and update signage and pricing
- Promote the company’s Loyalty program and ensure customers have all they need at checkout
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and deliver excellent customer service
