Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of direct experience in beauty retail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty and commitment to current trends
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable using computers and handheld electronic equipment
- Prolonged exposure to fragrance products
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for beauty and staying updated with latest trends and products
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Beauty certification is a plus
- Self-motivated and supports operational excellence
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly
- 1-2 years of direct experience required
- Advanced expertise in a specific beauty brand preferred
Job Duties
- Build and maintain strong personalized relationships with customers
- Provide a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for clients
- Share extensive knowledge of beauty products including skincare, makeup, haircare, and fragrances
- Continuously update knowledge of beauty industry trends and products
- Offer tailored product recommendations based on client needs and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide application tips
- Drive sales through effective communication of product benefits and promotions
- Encourage repeat business by informing customers about loyalty programs and events
- Assist in inventory management and maintain organized store environment
- Participate in and occasionally lead in-store beauty workshops
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement
