Job Qualifications

- prior retail or customer service experience preferred

- ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversation to build relationships
- assist customers in finding and selecting products suited to their needs
- maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms
- update signage and pricing as needed to reflect current promotions
- meet daily sales goals and contribute to team performance
- support colleagues with honesty, care, and teamwork to enhance overall customer service
- actively promote Macy's loyalty program and assist customers with credit account applications
